my stay at four points by sheraton was relaxing. the pool area was fantastic, perfect for unwinding. The service from binod at the bell desk was impressive. he was super attentive. also, having an outdoor temperature-controlled pool was a highlight. it kept me cool during the warm days!

the breakfast could use some improvement.

the check-in took an eternity, they promised my room would be ready in 20 minutes but it was actually 2 hours. and please, a non-smoking room with lingering cigarettes smell? really? this place is gravely overrated. a little special treatment or compensation would have brought my review up a notch, but alas, i just couldn't. avoid this hotel.

The only downside was a slight noise issue from the nearby corridors during the night.
